Hometown Dental's Savings Plan
Not everyone has dental insurance so we created this savings plan specifically to help those without insurance coverage for dental care. When you and your family become members of this plan, you can receive preventative care at no additional charge and also score a significant discounts on treatments!
Individual patients, married couples, single parents and families can receive our excellent dental care while saving hundreds or even thousands each year. There are no claim forms, deductibles, yearly maximums, waiting periods or restrictions due to age or pre-existing conditions.

Note: All membership fees are non-refundable and due upon joining the savings plan program. If you miss more than three scheduled appointments per calendar year, your membership in the savings plan program will be revoked. Please ask about our "no show" policy for details.
*Dual/Couple plan is for parent/child or married couples only.
**The Family Plan includes up to 4 members. Children can only be included up to the age of 18 years old. You can add an additional member for $175/year.
***The Periodontal Plan includes 4 periodontal maintenance appointments per year. The patient is responsible for the initial SRP appointments at 20% off the original cost.
****Perio/Single Plan includes 1 single member and 1 Periodontal member. All stipulations for each plan still stand for this plan.
Member-Only Discounts
Included free with membership:
- Two exams
- Two oral cancer screenings
- Two regular cleanings*
- Four cavity check x-rays
- One panoramic x-ray (once every three years)
These discounts cannot be used together with dental insurance.
If using a third-party financing service like Care Credit, the discount is limited to 10 percent.
*Does not include periodontal treatment.
